Medical and Legal Information

Breathwork is powerful and your safety is the highest priority to us at Luxarion - please read this section carefully before attending any of our sessions

1. Medical clearance

For your wellbeing, all participants must confirm one of the following:

  • You have consulted your GP and been medically cleared for breathwork, OR
  • You take full responsibility for your participation and have no known conditions that would make breathwork unsafe.

If you are unsure, always speak with a healthcare professional first.

2. Conditions you MUST inform your instructor about

Before your session begins, you must let the instructor know if you have – or suspect you have – any of the following:

  • Heart conditions or cardiovascular issues
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Asthma or significant respiratory issues
  • Severe depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or any acute psychiatric condition
  • Pregnancy (any trimester)
  • Recent brain surgery, neurological conditions, or head trauma
  • Glaucoma or retinal issues
  • History of fainting, blackouts, or panic attacks
  • Major recent surgery or injuries
  • Any medication that affects breathing, consciousness, or heart rate

This is not a judgement — it’s simply to ensure your session is safe, controlled, and appropriate for your physical and mental state.

3. How to participate safely

  • Move gently, calmly, and never force the breath.
  • If you feel dizzy, panicked, overwhelmed, lightheaded, or unwell at any point, stop immediately and return to slow, natural breathing.
  • You may rest or step out at any time.
  • Inform the instructor of anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
  • Follow all instructions carefully and avoid “pushing” yourself or chasing intense sensations.

You are here to build stability, clarity, and self-control — not intensity.

4. What Luxarion breathwork is not

Luxarion sessions are not:

  • A substitute for medical or psychological treatment
  • Designed for hyperventilation, trance chasing, or extreme physical strain
  • A way to induce euphoria, dissociation, or “breathwork highs”

Our priority is calm, controlled, disciplined breath — always.

5. Your responsibility

By attending a class, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this guidance
  • You accept full responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing
  • You will disclose any relevant conditions honestly and fully
  • You will follow the instructor’s safety protocols without exception

A full waiver will be provided for you to review and sign.
